Mr. Ninnie managed the coordination and administration of the Traffic and Road Maintenance report prepared by Stantec Engineering. This report was the foundation for the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) prepared by Mr. Ninnie for the Town of Pinedale's 10 year Infrastructure Plan.
